Brainspotting Intensives in Olympia, WA

​We offer Brainspotting intensives in Olympia, WA as well as online anywhere in the State of Washington. The intensives can last anywhere from 2-4hrs (with breaks). Brainspotting intensives can be a good fit for those who are interested in processing a trauma or issue in a more complete way in one session. This can be beneficial with those with tight schedules, or those who find it helpful to process in one sitting as opposed to spreading it out over multiple sessions/weeks. They tend to be better geared towards trauma that was acquired in adulthood (rather than complex/developmental trauma), but the appropriateness of an intensive will ultimately be determined through a conversation between you and the therapist. New clients will need to be seen for an individual session at least once before an intensive will be scheduled.
