Research shows that while many cognitive therapies work in the short term, they lose efficacy over time; Brainspotting is a therapy which research shows creates lasting change, and in fact creates more relief over time. You deserve to feel better, for good! Some folks find it relieving to know that it is not necessary to talk about what happened or even remember every detail in order to process effectively in Brainspotting.
